As agreed, I uploaded a few documents online which I hope will be useful to you.
If you never heard of marketing, some terms will be unfamiliar to you. But don’t worry, the word “marketing” is simply doing business using certain techniques that are all based on common sense.
A good merchant does marketing without knowing it !
The same goes for negotiation : logic, common sense and above all, knowing how to listen without rushing.
